📋 Description Lead development and execution of engagement programs. Identify events to tell Spotify’s story to policymakers. Set strategy and execute key moments with cross-functional partners. Build external relationships for Spotify’s presence in markets. Lead cross-functional groups to expand networks and advocacy. Create frameworks to measure impact of initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years leading large-scale programs or events. Experience managing multi-workstream programs end-to-end. Deep understanding of US, UK, and EU landscapes. Creative leader with strategic engagement experience. Ability to develop and execute complex engagement strategies.
