📋 Description Lead end-to-end payroll for Poland within Remote’s global payroll operations. Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product and Customer Success. Coordinate with payroll partners and cross-functional teams. Ensure accurate, compliant payroll in assigned jurisdictions and drive process improvements. Champion automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability. 🎯 Requirements Mid-to-senior payroll operations experience in Poland with end-to-end payroll processing. Experience in multi-country environments and exposure to various payroll systems. Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance. Stakeholder management across internal and external teams; works well in asynchronous, distributed Analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving skills for complex payroll scenarios.
