🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software delivery experience for SaaS/on-prem products.
• 8+ years leading distributed, multi-team engineering orgs.
• Proven experience with identity/authentication platforms.
• Strong background designing and scaling distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments and highly available systems.
• Relational and NoSQL database experience.
