🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.
• Experience designing or managing product experiments and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to clients and
