Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Role focuses on high-volume AP across inventory and marketing spend.
• Handle invoices, PO matching, vendor payments, and month-end close.
• Work across Bill.com, Rho, NetSuite, and vendor portals.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations.
• Own AP subledger accuracy and onboarding of vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on AP automation experience with Bill.com and Rho.
• NetSuite navigation: saved searches, vendor bills, PO matching.
• Strong Excel: pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Inventory or product-based accounting background.
• No degree required; proven on-the-job expertise accepted.
