📋 Description

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and ensure positive experience.
• Assist in creating job postings and managing advertisements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2 - 8 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
