Senior Manager / Manager - Process Engineer (Fired Heater)

📋 Description

• Perform fired heater design and rating using FRNC5; optimize radiant/convection sections for
• Material selection, pressure drop calculations; design expansion tanks, oil coolers, oil pumps
• Heater rating, debottlenecking, revamp studies, coil replacement, burner upgrades, thermal
• Validate heater performance against process guarantees and client specs; design fuel gas/oil
• Develop process deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specs, process calculations.
• Prepare equipment specs for burners, relief valves, control valves, shut-offs, fans, dampers, etc.

• FRNC5 Fired Heater expertise; 10+ years in thermal design, rating, revamp, and performance
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams; ability to lead technical discussions with
