Senior Vice President, Deployment

📋 Description

• Lead fleet-level nuclear project deployment from FEL-3 through fuel load.
• Own deployment methodology, EPC contractor relationships, construction execution, and commissioning
• Build repeatable, scalable deployment capability and governing processes.
• Establish teams, standards, and handoffs between development and operations.
• Oversee EPC contractor selection, scheduling, cost control, quality, and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Establish deployment playbooks, stage gates, and decision structures.
• Own lessons-learned across projects and apply to future deployments.
• Lead deployment team recruiting, development, and retention.
• Coordinate with regulatory, quality, and safety functions to ensure compliant deployment.
• Coordinate FEL-3 to FID handoffs and ensure smooth transitions to operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-project nuclear deployment programs.
