Prompt Engineer

📋 Description

• Audit and rearchitect monolithic prompts into modular chains
• Lead model selection and evaluation for prompting tasks
• Ensure clinical outputs meet quality criteria
• Evolve evaluation framework and 7 clinical note quality rubrics
• Design and implement new prompts and evaluation suites
• Support CoeurWay and MYLE EMR features with prompting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IA/ML, product dev, computational linguistics, or related field
• 2+ years hands-on prompt engineering in production LLMs (SaaS B2B or regulated industry)
• Experience breaking prompts into modular, chained architectures
• Experience building evaluation cadres for LLMs, alignment, failure modes
• Strong familiarity with commercial generative model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Advanced English, written and spoken; French required due to client interactions
