📋 Description

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists
• Check HVAC components, doors, lighting, roof and premises on schedule
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, life safety and security
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments
• HVAC Certification preferred
