Pharmacy Technician III

📋 Description

• Point of contact for reimbursement and access needs for providers/patients
• Assist pharmacists with prescription information and patient support services
• Mentor and train team on prescription processes and reimbursement
• Liaise between providers, insurers, hub reps, and patients to administer Patient Support Service
• Assess requests and create action plans to resolve market access/reimbursement challenges
• Maintain records with privacy compliance and educate on reimbursement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable healthcare experience
• Pharmacy technician licensure/certification by start date
• 3-5 years in healthcare/pharmacy settings with insurance/billing knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficient data entry and Microsoft Word/Excel skills
• Flexible schedule, able to work during business hours
