Business Performance Improvement - Senior Director - Business System Strategy  Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide technology and systems transformation initiatives including ERP modernization
• Advise C-suite and PE sponsors on enterprise technology strategy, operating models, and IT
• Oversee multi-platform program delivery, drive growth in System Strategy practice, and lead
• Shape Riveron's Systems & Technology Transformation offerings and manage mergers/divestitures
• Establish governance, PMOs, risk management, and change management for complex programs.
• Direct enterprise architecture, application modernization, and data/ cybersecurity considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation, including ERP modernization
• Experience as CIO/VP of IT or senior technology leader; senior-level consulting background welcomed.
• Proven success across cross-functional, multi-geography tech transformations and M&A tech due
• Deep expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and enterprise
• Strong ability to influence executives, manage governance, and lead large delivery teams.
