📋 Description
- Build sample apps, integrations, and demos against the PagerDuty API, including AI/agentic
- Write technical content for practitioners: tutorials, deep dives, teardowns, and strong opinions.
- Speak at conferences, meetups, webinars, podcasts, and video content with CFP support.
- Show up in PagerDuty community spaces and support developer events run by teammates.
- Route feedback to internal teams with actionable context.
- Enable others by building/maintaining systems for engineers, marketers, and community champions to
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in developer advocacy/relations, community, solutions engineering, support engineering
- Demonstrated technical credibility with live demos and real-world execution.
- Experience carrying a pager and shaping incident management with AI in the mix.
- Proficiency in 1–2 programming languages, familiarity with APIs, and ability to adapt quickly to
- A public body of work (writing, talks, demos, repos, videos, or streams).
- Strong written and verbal communication across formats.
