Job Description
📋 Description
- Follow a designated care plan for adult/geriatric clients
- Make home visits in Cape May County, NJ
- Administer meds, wound care, treatments, procedures
- Monitor client conditions and report changes
- Document orders and assessments accurately
- Coordinate case management and client services
🎯 Requirements
- Current NJ RN license
- Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) exp
- Home care exp preferred but not required
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Ability to travel to cases and manage time
- Solid computer skills; EMR exp preferred
