Site Superintendent – Data Center Startup & Commissioning

📋 Description

• On-site lead during Leviathan data center installation, startup, and commissioning To Ready for
• Coordinate between customer GC, subcontractors, Armada trades, and CxA team to ensure schedule
• Bridge construction management with data center startup and commissioning to deliver RFS.
• Lead field logistics, look-ahead schedules, and trade sequencing across multiple crews.
• Capture daily reports, punch items, RFIs, and deficiency logs to track startup readiness.
• Maintain safety, quality, and coordination across all trades on site.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of construction site management, with 3+ years in mission-critical/data center
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-trade, multi-stakeholder sites through substantial completion
• Working knowledge of data center MEP systems and startup sequencing with CxA and trades.
• Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1–5) and field execution
• Strong scheduling skills (Primavera P6, MS Project) and look-ahead management across GC and
