Financial Analyst, R&D

📋 Description

• Lead R&D Financial Partnering with Product & Engineering leadership
• Drive monthly/quarterly management reporting and insights
• Leverage Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate analysis
• Execute ad-hoc business cases and strategic modeling
• Support month-end close and variance analysis for RD
• Collaborate across management levels to scale revenue platform

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years FP&A/Sales Ops/quantitative analysis in high-growth SaaS
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for financial modeling
• Experience with Pigment and Claude AI
• Exposure to or interest in R&D and tech finance (headcount, cloud costs)
• Technically adept and fast learner with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
