📋 Description

• Lead hands-on technical effort to raise engineering bar across teams.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and senior engineers on architecture, design, code reviews
• Build systems and guardrails; ship production code and drive complex initiatives.
• Develop platforms for AI, backend, cloud, and full-stack applications.
• Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, reliability, security, and DX.
• Create reusable libraries and paved road for teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in architecture.
• Founding engineer with startup scaling experience.
• Influence across teams without formal authority.
• Strong track record designing, building, operating production software systems.
• Deep expertise in AI systems, backend or distributed systems, infra and cloud architecture.
• Full-stack with Python, Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.
