Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 CTV publisher accounts.
• Serve as primary technical partner to publishers and internal teams.
• Translate complex tech needs into revenue-driving solutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical or operational issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in TAM, Solutions Eng, Technical Support, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
