📋 Description

• Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company;
• Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via channels for high-volume
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding;
• Identify and engage with top talent locally and internationally;
• Conduct thorough, fair interviews and manage candidate expectations;
• Develop external knowledge of labor markets to advise internal clients;

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company
• Experience with high-volume recruitment
• Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools
• Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking
