Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

📋 Description

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in adult residential facilities
• On call rotation for triage of emergencies about 1 week per month
• Mileage & cell phone reimbursement
• Flexible hours; 5 day work week; typically 8am-5pm; no weekends
• Case management with semi-annual physical assessments
• Team oriented, low-stress environment

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• 1-2 years experience with disabilities or long-term care preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organizational and computer skills
• Acceptable background and driving record checks
