📋 Description
- Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools at scale.
- Develop Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) supporting
- Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable
- Gain knowledge of hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management to inform design
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot, and drive fixes with stakeholders.
- Document integration logic and maintain cross-team visibility.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or
- Knowledge of XML/XSLT; Workday security configuration a plus.
- Interest in People Operations and ability to translate technical details for non-technical
- Strong communication and ability to own projects independently with guidance as needed.
- Nice-to-have: Workday Extend experience.
