📋 Description
- Monitor assigned cases through case management and billing systems
- Provide guidance on travel needs and counsel on the immigration process
- Offer legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients
- Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists
- Assist leadership in managing large projects
- Maintain accurate status and SLAs in Mobility dashboards and channels
🎯 Requirements
- An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance and global mobility
- Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
