• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion
• Own client relationships and key stakeholder engagement
• Oversee programme, budgets, risk, and commercial performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial construction or workplace fit-out in PM/CM roles
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading multiple complex construction projects
• Commercial and programme management expertise
• Ability to build high-performing project teams
• Willingness to commute to Austin as local office grows
