Jewelry Quality Control Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed quality inspections of fine/demi-fine jewellery to ensure pieces meet quality
• Make pass/fail decisions based on quality standards and document inspections.
• Log inspection outcomes with supporting images and comments.
• Highlight quality issues with factories and arrange same-day repairs and corrective actions.
• Ensure jewellery matches approved CADs, customer specs, and design requirements.
• Identify recurring quality issues and supplier trends; provide feedback to improve manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Fine and Demi-Fine Jewellery Quality Control.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing from casting to finishing.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, stone setting, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to identify manufacturing defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience with jewellery manufacturers and suppliers.
• Attention to detail; process-oriented approach.
