📋 Description
- Architect and build full-stack features for Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security for government/enterprise clients
- Contribute to internal tooling, testing infra, and AI-assisted workflows
- Own testing strategy across frontend and backend code
- Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals
- Contribute to Mattermost's open-source codebase
🎯 Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience in Go and React or equivalent stack
- Experience designing/consuming REST and WebSocket APIs
- Relational DB experience, PostgreSQL, schema design, query optimization
- Hands-on with AI coding agents for scaffolding, refactors, review, tests
- Bias toward shipping and owning complex software end-to-end
