📋 Description

• Design and deliver world-class back-end services and Cloud Native infra.
• Own the DevOps dimension end-to-end: CI/CD, IaC, observability, security, secrets.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Proactively surface improvements and champion innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with dev teams to embed DevOps across the lifecycle.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Results-driven, able to prioritize and make sound decisions to deliver quality.
• Functional English and French for client interactions.
• Back-end experience with Elixir, .NET or Python; open to adapting stack.
• DevOps experience: AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions; know CD integration.
• Strong security, observability, and maintainability mindset.
• Solid AI fundamentals and comfortable with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
