• Join Papa Community as an early engineer
• Help build a platform for care at scale
• Work with Staff Engineers and GM on roadmap
• Own problems end-to-end, not tickets

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software development
• Ruby on Rails or Python pro
• 1+ years Elixir hands-on
• Experience shipping reliable software
• Healthcare data standards knowledge (FHIR, HL7, X12) desired
• Strong API design and distributed systems
