Quality Control I (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Conduct material inspection per Control Plan to meet specs
• Perform regular process audits on the floor
• Administer containment and rework for non-conforming products
• Support continuous improvement and escalate risks
• Provide quality support for rush and specialized orders
• Use Excel for data analysis and charting; Word/PowerPoint for docs

🎯 Requirements

• Investigative approach to root-cause quality issues
• Decision-making based on data and documented facts
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator; coach and share knowledge across teams
• Previous QC experience in manufacturing preferred
