Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in workshops
• Lead activities: music, art, games, reading, AV, life enrichment
• Teach daily life skills: cooking, money management, volunteering
• Lead outings and engaging workshops; provide personal care as needed
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and safe environment
• Document daily outcomes in electronic system

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license; able to drive company van
• Comfort with personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism
