📋 Description
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for timely reporting.
- Oversee general ledger accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Drive continuous improvement for efficient close process.
- Coordinate year-end audit and be primary contact for external auditors.
- Manage close schedules and deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep.
- Experience leading month-end/year-end close.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
