Data Science & Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead data science and engineering team, coaching senior ICs
• Oversee data infrastructure, governance, reliability, and compliance
• Drive ML lifecycle and productionization of algorithms
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs to tech requirements
• Shape data platform architecture and scalable pipelines
• Improve time-to-insight and deployment velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering with 3+ years managing teams
• Experience with GCP data infra, data governance, and data access patterns
• Modern data stack: BigQuery or Snowflake, Dataform/dbt, Airflow
• SQL/Python pipelines; Dataflow/Spark or similar
• DevOps, SDLC, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
• Applied AI/ML experience and cross-functional leadership
