Site Superintendent – Data Center Startup & Commissioning

📋 Description

• On-site lead for Leviathan data center installation, startup, and commissioning to Ready for
• Coordinate between customer GC, subcontractors, Armada trades, and the CxA team.
• Bridge construction site management with data center startup/commissioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of construction site management, with 3+ years in mission-critical, data center, or
• Proven track record coordinating multi-trade, multi-stakeholder sites through substantial
• Working knowledge of data center MEP systems and commissioning coordination with CxA and trades.
• Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1–5) and translating
• Strong scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project) and look-ahead management across GC and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and third-party commissioning agents.
