Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Communicate progress with supervising clinical team
• Part-time, after-school hours

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
• Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training requirements (if not certified)
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
