Job Description
📋 Description
- Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
- Communicate progress with supervising clinical team
- Part-time, after-school hours
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
- Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete RBT training requirements (if not certified)
- Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
