- Oversees lab operations to meet budget and margin targets
- Leads lab personnel and ensures policy compliance
- Acts as liaison with corporate partners and sales
- Maintains safe culture and regulatory adherence
- Collaborates with QA to keep compliant SOPs
- Forecasts receipts and ensures on-time client data delivery
🎯 Requirements
- BS in a science-related field (preferred)
- 5 years of management experience
- 5 years analytical or related technical knowledge
- Authorized to work in the United States
- English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking
