- Provide outpatient orthopedic PT care to patients.
- Collaborate with clinicians for care plans and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy.
- Participate in onboarding and mentorship programs.
- Maintain high quality care with a focus on outcomes.
- Support clinic partnerships and patient relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligible.
- Comfort with outpatient orthopedic caseload and teamwork.
- Strong clinical documentation and care plan skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
