IT SOX Controls Specialist

📋 Description

• Own design, implementation, and monitoring of controls over third-party apps and service providers
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Vendor Management, and process owners; report to Head of SOX
• Manage end-to-end SOX assessment lifecycle for third-party applications in scope for financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Technical certification required (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP)
• 10+ years in managing and/or assessing SOX programs
• Big 4 or equivalent audit experience
• Experience evaluating third-party SOC 1/2 reports and assessing CUECs; identify gaps needing
• Familiarity with IT general controls and application-level controls in financial reporting systems
