Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning efforts.
• Develop meaningful P&L and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with department leads to align FP&A with objectives.
• Analyze data across segments and present concise insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive senior FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and decision-making.
• Proven leadership skills; GAAP understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel, Looker, Salesforce, Intacct, Pigment or similar tools.
• Experience building budgeting/forecasting processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Ability to present to executives and influence strategic decisions.
