📋 Description Verify Medicaid eligibility and facilitate the approval process to enroll patients in FreedomCare Serve as SME for Medicaid eligibility questions and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain patient eligibility status and communicate eligibility updates to patients and care teams. Assist with documentation review and ensure required materials are complete and accurate. Coordinate with state Medicaid agencies and use online systems to verify coverage. Document verification outcomes and update patient records in Salesforce as needed. 🎯 Requirements Associate degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, insurance verification, or related field. Experience with Medicaid verification and knowledge of Medicaid regulations preferred. Strong customer focus with empathy, active listening, and patience for high-volume calls. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with diverse audiences.
