📋 Description Partner with Mighty Pro Hosts to set up networks for maximum adoption, engagement, and retention. Lead workshops with Hosts and teams on community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy. Deliver training on feature usage, onboarding flows, and programming to drive adoption and Provide input on brand elements to ensure cohesive member journeys. Develop and deliver strategic Community Design Plans (network architecture, monthly themes Collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams; handle lightweight setup tasks where 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of client-facing experience with strategic accounts or 5–6 figure SaaS engagements. 2+ years in consulting, business coaching, or agency roles. Strategic thinker and tactical executor with ability to map long-term plans and define success Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences.
