Manage and grow the Platform Product Organization across CTO-line platform product portfolio (AI Shape product strategy for a global crypto exchange at a pivotal point, transitioning to a 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior product leadership Proven track record building platform/infrastructure products (not just consumer features) Strong systems thinking: define product architecture, module catalogs, and API contracts. Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments (fintech, banking, crypto); regulatory Demonstrated ability to drive OKR quality and move teams to outcome-based measurement.
