📋 Description Draft, negotiate, and review SaaS, services, partner, vendor, and data licenses globally (UK Build win/win contracts and strong relationships with counterparties and senior leaders. Support General Counsel with contract templates, processes, and scalable operations. Provide legal advice to sales, marketing, and other teams with regulatory compliance focus. Handle corporate governance, HR, real estate, data privacy, compliance, and equity matters. 🎯 Requirements Degree from a recognized law school; licensed to practice in the UK. 2+ years post-qualification experience in tech, SaaS, or in-house/legal at a tech company. Working proficiency in UK/EU GDPR and related SaaS regulatory schemes (DORA, etc.). Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; capable of multi-transaction management. Comfort working with AI tools and across time zones with diverse teams.
