Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Fluent in Farsi)

📋 Description Deliver high-quality counselling via face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic sessions. Provide short-term, solution-focused interventions for workplace wellbeing. Build therapeutic relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality. Complete detailed case documentation within required timelines. Maintain clinical notes meeting audit and guidelines. Follow escalation and authorization procedures; identify high-risk situations. 🎯 Requirements Master’s or higher in Counseling/Clinical Psychology or related field. Valid license/registration to practice counselling in India. Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience. Fluent in Farsi; ability to counsel Farsi-speaking clients.
