📋 Description Oversees the plant CAPA Quality System by performing root cause investigations for Independently leads complex, high impact investigations. Coordinates the exception document process and creates exception documents. Ensures investigations meet corporate/site requirements and regulatory standards. Maintains liaison with other Quality areas and departments within the plant. Promotes continuous improvement by identifying problems and validating corrective actions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or Engineering preferred. 6+ years in pharma Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering. Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills.
