📋 Description Own senior searches end to end as an executive partner to founders. Shape role definitions, search strategies, and execute them with leadership. Build deep pipelines in AI/engineering/research and business talent. Use data to drive decisions, track funnel health, and report on hiring progress. Apply AI to recruiting with AI assistants and automation tools. Elevate recruiting practices, mentor others, and ensure candidate experience. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including senior roles. Experience hiring in AI/ML, infrastructure, or research environments. Ability to run GTM, marketing, or business searches alongside core tech. Proven track record of closing senior talent in competitive markets. Fluency with recruiting data and metrics-driven decisions. Builder mindset with tooling/automation experience. 🎁 Benefits Base salary: $160,000 - $260,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Location-based pay considerations; future changes possible.
