Accounting Lead

📋 Description Lead, mentor, and empower a team of accountants to ensure daily financial operations, month-end Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and consolidation for Drive accounting process improvements, SOPs, and system automation to enhance efficiency and Oversee internal/external audit engagements, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance across Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide visibility into financial performance and guide 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with people management experience. Preference for a combination of Big 4 audit and in-house accounting experience. Deep understanding of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation. Hands-on experience in driving process redesign and finance system implementation/automation. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proactive in fast-paced environments. Nice to Haves Experience with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite Experience in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Fintech, Tech, or Software industries Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
