📋 Description Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for environmental and thermal control systems. Design, fabricate, and activate ground support equipment and test articles for pressurized ground Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and modify manufacturing and testing equipment from vacuum to 20,000 Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions for Identify manufacturing challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of components and work with suppliers to ensure 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or environmental/thermal Proficiency in CAD software (Siemens NX) for reviewing designs and creating manufacturing Strong problem-solving, GD&T skills, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours as needed. 🎁 Benefits Full-time exempt position with base salary between $135,800 and $176,400 USD.
