Medicaid Eligibility Specialist (PA / Hybrid)

📋 Description Hybrid role requiring commute to FreedomCare hubs/office locations (PA). Regular travel to main Facilitate Medicaid eligibility enrollment and renewal processes to expedite client approval for Maintain active Medicaid status through recertification and spend-down obligations. Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and related systems. Collaborate with care teams, health plans, and government agencies to resolve eligibility issues. Provide client education and guidance on Medicaid programs and benefits. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in Medicaid, healthcare, or social services. Experience in client support, case management, or benefits coordination. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Medicaid eligibility and applications. Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze complex information. Proficient in case management software and Salesforce.
