Firm Principal - Accounting

📋 Description Run this Decimal franchise location: client delivery, operations, and growth. Lead firm management and client delivery as the principal owner. Oversee culture, financial health, compliance, and business development. Own client onboarding, escalate client issues, and guide day-to-day operations. Provide technical oversight on complex engagements and GAAP/IRS compliance. Utilize accounting platforms (QA: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Ramp) in operations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred. 7+ years in accounting, advisory, or financial services. Experience managing client relationships and leading teams. Proven ability to review and sign off on complex engagements. Sales/business development experience, including client expansion. Solid GAAP/IRS knowledge; strong communication and budgeting skills.
