📋 Description Lead account reconciliations and monthly accounting activities for assigned accounts (prepaids Prepare recurring journal entries and month-end accruals for accurate reporting. Administer distributor rebate programs and review contract compliance. Serve as key contact for intercompany transactions and collaborate with internal teams. Partner with non-finance stakeholders to analyze deductions, expenses, and operations. Support internal/external audits with schedules and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing/distribution/product environment preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, and controls. Experience with ERP/financial systems; OneStream and Infor a plus. Experience with rebates, sales deductions, intercompany accounting, or sales tax support a plus.
