Communicate results to stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. 3+ years in collision repair, automotive services, or similar role. Understanding of insurance partner guidelines and scorecards. Knowledge of estimating processes and workflows. Familiarity with vehicle repair industry standards. Experience analyzing operational data and turning insights into improvements. 🎁 Benefits Annual salary range of approximately $100,000 - $120,000. Remote work flexibility within the United States.
